"Clean and great location. "

"The property is perfectly situated for a day and night of walking downtown Portland. The valet parking was easy, but a bit congested at times and the valet staff were super helpful even after misplacing our ticket. The staff were all friendly and informative. Our floor housekeeper Rebecca was the sweetest and has the sunniest disposition. Just briefly chatting with her in the morning made the whole day brighter. The only negative I can think of is that there was some sort of construction occurring in the lobby area and it was a bit difficult to hear the folks at the reception desk, however, they cheerfully handled it all with grace and professionalism."

"I was there for one night and checked-in very late. The process was quick. Parking was available and the room was ready. Breakfast in the morning was as expected and had all you would expect (well supplied) in a continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this location. I have used the same chain/brand before and have always been happy with them. "

When we asked him for a lunch recommendation, he suggested a fantastic local spot! His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness.
