All around are good and great. Staff and manager very friendly, we just stay couple of hours only because next early morning we have to catch early morning trains to Samarkand.

This hotel is OK. Not real fancy, but the room is comfortable. The lobby and breakfast room are somewhat dingy, but the staff are nice. The closest Metro station is about a 20-minute walk, so not so convenient if you plan to use the Metro much. Taxis are cheap, but you can't just hail one on the street. You need to use an app. And if you don't have a SIM card...

Overall, great boutique hotel with very friendly and supportive staff. The property is in a good condition as it was recently renovated. It is also competitively priced. I would recommend this hotel.

Lazy attitude by management and staff toward guests. Absolutely no check of the room before guest checks in. Broken fridge, broken tv remote, broken window screens. No thought put into room design. Staff is not trained to react to a guest’s problems. Nice location.

When I entered my room I had to plug in the TV, refrigerator and lights myself, which was strange. The refrigerator did not work. The TV remote did not work, and they had no replacement for it. Also were unable to fix it. So it was necessary to switch channels and adjust volume manually on the device. Sleepy staff at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, but bad for remote work
The room is spacious, but requires minor repairs. The breakfast is very good. The main problem is that wifi was not working in our room and it was hard to find electric sockets.

The hotel is in downtown tashkent and is Good for a few days. Price are ok and need little improvement. Breakfast was good and plenty. Room needs renovation as they have become old Overall the stay was good. Thanks for early check-in

Good location, not far from airport and train station as well as few good restaurants. Hotel is clean. For one night stay is fine. For longer stay it is bit basic.

Informative and helpful staff. Clean room. Good variety of breakfast buffet. As I stayed here for the first night in Uzbekistan, I thought this hotel was the standard here but it was dead wrong. This hotel was definitely superb for the price and the best among five accommodations I've stayed.

Pleasant & Uneventful stay for 3 nights
Arrived at 4 am and was immediately given a clean well appointed room on the 3rd floor. The staff speaks Russian, and some rudimentary English. Genuinely trying to be helpful. Location of the hotel is in the center. The streets around are cal, clean and safe. There is no elevator in the building, but considering it's just a 3-story building, it should not be an issue. The breakfast is the area of biggest opportunities to improve. Selection is very poor by western standards. The omelet pieces are typically cold. They offer to cook for you eggs in the style of your choice, which made some difference. Very poor choice of fresh fruits. Considering that Tashkent is a heaven of fruits, that was surprising. Charging extra for regular coffee was also surprising.

Our room was basement ,had a very tiny window only.So the room was always dark,even In the morning. The door of shower booths was broken. There was no toilet paper and pillows when we had checked in. Staffs were kind,but nobody spoke English.

우즈베키스탄에선 호텔 서비스 기대 마세요 3층인데 엘리베이터 없고요. 절대 짐 들어줄 일 없고요. 그냥 너는 너 나는 나입니다. 조식 너무 부실한데 음식 더는 식당 utensil 도 없습니다. 위치는 저한테는 좋더라고요 아침 산책도 하고. 그냥 우즈베키스탄의 현재까지의 문화인 듯 합니다

タシケント空港までも近く、ホテルはクラッシックな感じです。徒歩１０分程度のところに大きなスーパーもあり、ホテルのあるエリアは大使館が多いので、治安も良いです

가격대비 전체적으로 양호함
약간 골목안쪽에 위치해 있는게 흠이였지만 방은 깔끔했읍니다. 아침식사는 좀 부실했지만 가격대비 전체적으로 양호한 편이였어요. 1분거리에 한국식 식당 NAM DAE MOON이라고 있었는데 23시에 들어가니 마감이라 좀 아쉬웠답니다

Central in Tashkent, good price
The hotel occupies a very nice three-storey building on the border of a rich central neighborhood of Tashkent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds are perfect. Staff is in general very friendly and accommodating (only one person was somewhat unpleasant), even preparing for us breakfast 2 hrs before the official breakfast time, at 5 AM! Breakfast is pleasant, mostly Russian style,but with local bakery products and homemade cakes. Unfortunately coffee is not their thing, but tee is excellent, optionally with their special local lemons. Overall, indeed strongly recommended if one wishes to avoid the big modern hotels and prefers a more cozy, authentic place.

Une bonne surprise avec des détails à revoir
Bel hôtel, au calme dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille, avec de grands espaces. Bien agencé et propre. Parmi les points négatifs, mauvaise insonorisation (on entend tout quand on est au rez de chaussée), la salle de bain méritant être remise à neuf...grandement, et le petit déjeuner perfectible (bon, expresso ne rentre par dans le petit déjeuner payé...mais le taxer à 4 euros, à Tashkent, faut le faire).
