"There is a door to the balcony and it couldn’t be closed , that’s why it is windy in the room."

"While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton."

Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. Special thanks to Muhammad, who arranged the airport transfers for my family and patiently answered all my questions. Truly appreciated!"

"We spent New Year’s at T City Hotel and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and nothing was working—neither the pool nor the restaurant. Before checkout, we had to wait a long time in the lobby while the staff conducted a check, with no apologies or comfort offered. My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside. This experience left a bad aftertaste and completely spoiled our impression of the hotel, which we expected to be more hospitable and comfortable."
