Affordable, amazing amenities, and a great location! So many high quality freebies in the room, and a beautiful view of the church next door right from the window. It really feels like they care about the guest experience, despite not having on site staff. Could not recommend more if you want to explore Tartu!

Amazing stay

The space was perfect, lots of room and plenty of utensils/etc.. in the kitchen. The coffee maker was incredible and well stocked. Bed was comfy and could not hear noise. Communication was perfect, they helped arrange many things outside of the normal stay with made my travel much easier. Highly recommend for short or long stays

classy stay minutes' walk to old town square

loft lodging in a modern building, just a short walk from the old town centre. cafes and eateries were steps away from the quiet apartment. people, especially the younger ones, would like the sleeping area tucked away in the loft. the apartment we were in was nicely heated for winter time, though it seemed that occupants would have to make do with fans in summer - no air con.

A short stop in Tartu

Nice little, comfy and modern apartment with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Close to all services, restaurants and features. Look at the possibility of installing an AC but fans were available and this was OK. Superb communication with the owner who was very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage in the flat after check out. Breakfast was available if needed. Definitely recommend.

The apartment (top floor) was extremely comfortable unless you are tall; the mezzanine has a low concrete beam to avoid on access. Equipped with everything you could want and very clean (apart from the lampshades).

This is a very small studio apartment which can be rather stuffy in warm weather. The fan in the room wasn’t used as it made an annoying clicking sound. It is in a great area not far from the river, the Town Hall Square and there are lots of eating places.

I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!

The communications that I received before I ever got to the hotel were clear and very informative. The room was incredibly comfortable and very well maintained. Even though the building does not have an in-house reception I was able to get help for an issue I was having within a couple of minutes. Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time and definitely the best I've had on this 6 country, 12 city tour.

Cute and modern loft in perfect area of Tartu

Our stay in Tartu was short, but I wish it was longer because the loft was so nice and comfortable and cute. Easy check in and check out, Bill The was helpful via WhatsApp and we had no issues. Large laundry room with washer AND dryer! Large TV with Netflix and streaming. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is lack of microwave, otherwise 10/10 and would definitely stay again. Cute little bag as a souvenir from Bill W :)

Bob W. Appartments For Life!

Started writing this review as soon as I got in because I was so impressed within the first minute of me walking in and the impressions improved by the minute. Firstly, I love the appartment. It makes me want to downsize and buy something of the same size and scale. Secondly the decor is just like the pictures, the colours, the accents just makes it an amazing place to be in. So amazing that you'll want to forfeit a day of sightseeing to just have an indoor day. Thirdly, are the things the pictures don't capture. There's a bag of cables and adaptor which was such a lifesaver. I brought just one to power a laptop, 2 phones a power bank, basically a disaster. Was about to go purchase another and there it was a bag with 2 adaptors and cables to suit any device 🙌🙌 Fourthly, Bob W. goes above and beyond sustainabilly. There's 2 water bottles they encourage you to use during your stay to reduce waste and there's also a free tote bag which came in handy when I went grocery shopping. Did I mention there's a yoga mat as well! AND a Polaroid camera to take some selfies with, honestly what more could you want?! Fifthly(?), they kindly kept my luggage for me after checkout so I could do some last day bits and get some souvenirs. They honestly went above and beyond for me.

It’s a loft style flat in a converted building. Very convenient for the centre. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well equipped. Very clean. We liked it a lot. Downsides were it’s quite loud as on the main road and hard to make it dark given the huge windows. It was good for us for two nights.
