A lovely gentleman with glasses and a bald head (apologies for not recalling his name) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Within minutes of settling into our room, he surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our balcony. Positioned in the heart of the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, it felt like we were in paradise. Gravedona town may have been quiet, but the serenity of the surroundings only added to the charm of our stay. What truly made our time at Hotel Regina Beach unforgettable was the combination of the stunning scenery and the exceptional customer service. It was during our stay that I decided to propose to my now fiancée, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to capture the moment, presenting us with beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. "If you are thinking about staying in Lake Como then you’ll want to stay in Varenna (Bellagio is touristy and crowded). Villa Cipressi is lovely. Absolutely wonderful hotel inside and out. The gardens are exquisite, the location is perfect, and the hotel itself is fantastic. Great rooms and facilities but even better staff. Everyone there is great and they go out of their way to assist if needed. Can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t overthink, just book it "

"In the quiet town of Vezio, it’s a great place. Rita and Kirsty make you feel like you are staying at a B and B. It’s a 10 minute walk downhill to Varenna. The 20 minute hike up can be challenging, but the hotel will get a cab for you if you don’t want to hike up. Highly recommend "

"A very unique traditional family run hotel nestled high up in the mountains. Perfect for relaxing, beautiful views and clean air. I would recommend this hotel and location as a getaway particularly to recharge your batteries. The hotel team are very helpful, attentive and very nice. On site spa and swimming pool was a bonus too!"

"This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. What bothered us the most was the fact we weren't told that the access to the spa, purchased with booking the hotel, meant access for the check out day - not the check in. If we would've known, we would've changed our schedule to make the most of our spa day."

"We liked the location. There is a brewery next door which makes the hotel very convenient on terms of food. Also staff was very friendly which makes the stay more pleasant. "
