Good a room upgrade which was nice - slightly bigger room with better views. Clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast.

Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter).

The location is fantastic, meals are lovely. Breakfast was a little dose of luxury we haven't had that nice breakfast anywhere. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and happy to chat to you. They go the extra mile for children

Comfortable room, spendid breakfast

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. Hotel was brilliant, the main attraction was the setting, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is also a 10 min walk to one castle and a short bus ride to the other. Would highly recommend.

Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime.
