Mababait ang staff, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The hotel's location is also great, malapit sa grocery and mga kainan. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again."

The entire staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist. Every time I returned, the security guard would kindly open the door. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City. Furthermore, the room layout and bathroom matched the online photos perfectly, which I really appreciated. "
