"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "The hotel staff was not present at the hotel even though it said front desk was staffed 10:00 to 14:00. They averaged 12 hour response times. Lighting was very poor in hallways, stairways and the room. If you don’t have an extension cord good luck using the very few outlets they have. In the sink the cold water didn’t work, so the only option was very hot water. The room had potential but lacked important details. I was looking forward to this stay and it left me so disappointed. The owners need to move on or actually participate in operations. "
