For a quick overnight stay, a place to rest our heads, it was good. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the river. The motel was a bit rundown and could use a bit of TLC. Fresh paint on the walls, new carpet, new cupboard doors etc. It felt dirty because of the worn out walls and floors but the beds and bathroom were well cleaned. There were a few loud disturbances from other guests or tenants during the evening, but despite that, it wasn’t bad for the purpose of giving us a bed for the night.

The owner is very nice, the facilities are old but clean in a quiet area, but room sound insulation is poor, can hear the snoring from other residental room and footsteps from the top room
