My only complaint, and it's a big one, is not providing hand sanitizer in the breakfast area. Everyone is touching handles and serving spoons. Without hand sanitizer, people are bound to get sick! The guy at the desk that morning directed me to a hand sanitizer machine hidden around the back of a wall in a corner by the front desk, but it was empty. He offered nothing else. "
