Fue muy buena experiencia, el hotel tiene muchos detalles , lo único malo es que hay mucho ruido por la zona , pasan muchas cuatrimotos y se escucha En si el hotel es muy agradable, el desayuno continental es bueno y ofrecen a la carta otras opciones

Horacio, gracias por su comentario, lamentamos el inconveniente, desafortunadamente hay gente que pasea en cuatrimoto hasta muy tarde y no está en nuestras manos evitarlo, consideraremos su comentario y platicaremos con las autoridades, a ver si es posible que establezcan un horario para el paseo en cuatrimoto... quedamos como siempre a sus órdenes!!

Very recommended place in Tapalpa
Very nice and warm place, where you will feel home. Fire place in the room was great. Great and authentic place to stay.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel and we enjoyed every minute of our stay (2 nights). The interior of this old, renovated, immaculately maintained building is stunning. Our room was large and had a king size bed and fireplace and huge walk in shower. There was a sitting area between our room and our friends' which was very convenient for socializing. There is a complimentary Continental breakfast but you can, also, get a full breakfast ordered from the menu (at a cost). The meal is served in the lovely courtyard on the ground floor. We would like to thank Arturo for all is help and advice. He made our stay a pleasure. The hotel is a short walk from the main plaza/church and lots of good restaurants. If we return to Tapalpa, we will rebook Casona de Manzano and highly recommend.

This hotel has a very charming and colonial atmosphere. The old hacienda make you taste a little piece of colonial Mexico with modern amenities. My girlfriend and I loved our stay. Many nice touches since our arrival, including the personalized welcoming letter together with wine and fruit. We certainly will stay there again.

The location, architecture style and history of the property and town are the best example of the area. The landscape and mountains are stunning, particularly at this time of year, as the country side is full of flowers. the people in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the service is excellent.

Mountain escape
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff do not speak English but were very helpful. We spent two nights here in July 2018. Breakfast was continental but had fresh baked sweet breads, yoghurt, fruit, and beverages. The were rain showers the second night, so we took advantage of the in-room fireplace. This hotel is great for a couples get-away. Wi-fi in-room was slow but the couch outside the room provided full speed.

Habiatacion súper ruidosa
Cuando llegamos ya habían cerrado el estacionamiento lo dejamos en la calle. La habitación daba a la calle no pudimos dormir del ruido. Para la tarifa que pagamos no vale la pena. No regresaría jamás.

Excelente ubicación y muy tranquilo
Bastante lindo el lugar, todos muy amables!!! De hecho mi queja es con hoteles.com ya que ellos en la reserva dicen que incluye desayuno, pero no es correcto Ya que en ninguna de las habitaciones lo ofrecen. Aun así el hotel fue muy comprensivo y no nos cobró el desayuno.
