"Hotel is a bit older, it is starting to show its age scratched furniture, wear spots on carpets, etc. You can tell this was a premier property, just needs to be modernized a bit. I love the architecture inside. Staff were very attentive and welcoming especially to a westerner. I do speak Chinese so the staff really seemed eager to assist me on any of my needs. "
"The first room we checked in had very strong chemical smell and even the electrician who came to fix the bathroom room power noticed the smell. We changed to another room but the bathroom had faucet leaking. The room was in poor condition. Breakfast quality was not good and the staffs not well trained. This hotel is lack of management. the only reason I gave it 2 stars is the great location.
