"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"

"This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not."
