Pretty busy hotel - long queue during check-in. But was attended to within 20 mins. Great location - walking distance to the huge shopping mall. TTDI eateries are just one subway stop away. I would do it all over again.

Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kuala Lumpur Journal.
It is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang close to shopping, nightlife etc
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was stylishly appointed and very modern. Also a special shout out to the infinity pool on the roof great place to relax with a great view of the city.

"The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish."
