Reception staff were rude when I ask about transportation to the airport said they would be able to help us with that beds were very small and pricey The only reason why I chose gamma was because it said they had free transportation to the airport it also looked very clean on the pictures well I found hair on the bed . Also they didn’t tell us anything about the room or how the lights worked we didn’t know that we had to put the room card in to turn the lights had to go downstairs to get some one to help us they said someone will come in a few minutes it took them about 40 minute to show up So after telling them about the transportation issue for about 30 minutes then they said they were going to get us someone which they did but not staying there again

La regadera se sale toda el agua e inunda el baño, es un problema de diseño, pero es muy molesto ya que si quieres utilizar el inodoro o lavamanos, el piso se queda inundado después de que alguien a tomado una ducha.

The property is next to an Iconic hotel in Tampico. Is very clean, nice rooms, superb staff, The only thing that I could see as negative is the fact that the shower is small and has only a half door. The Continental Breakfast include: fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, coffee, juice, bread, toast and granola. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport on time and we were only us. They are located in one of the best areas of Tampico. I felt safe. You can easily Uber from it and there always Uber one minute away. I would come back. Nice bed, blackout curtains, the people cleaning the room is around until 4 so you can sleep late and they still clean your room every day.

Excellent ~ friendly staff & clean hotel
i actually stayrd 14 nights at this hotel following eye surgery. Front desk, house keeping, room service are very polite and friendly. The rate is very reasonable, the room service menu was also good and good variety of choices. They have a pool but did not get a chance to check it. I was mostly in bed. Bed was comfortable, different firmness pillows, room is quiet and many channels on TV. it is a smart tv, and tou can also broadcast phone screen to the tv. Highly recommended if looking for a hotel in Tampico.

We'll definitely come back
The staff in general was great, friendly, and professional. One particular employee stands out, let me tell you why: we were in a group where people checked out at different times. We were last to check out. The employee assigned to clean our room came to us because she had noticed we were with that group and some people have forgotten items in their rooms. She brought us the items they have left. What a honest lady! Also, on a different time, she knocked on our door when someone from our group with a disability was trying to go downstairs on a ramp and was having a hard time using his wheelchair. She worried the person might fall, so she reached out to us. She certainly went above and beyond her regular duties of housekeeping. I was very impressed by her genuine care for those she served.
