Fabulous hotel, the staff is amazing and really cares about the guests (not the level of mediocre service that you see in touristy areas such as Kuta / Canggu). We stayed during weekdays for two nights and I wish we stayed there for a week. There are daily activities at the hotel, free shuttle to the main area and a spa-center on site. Recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Sumitra and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. The location was perfect for us—peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a short bike ride to restaurants, beaches and anything else we wanted to explore. The complimentary bikes were one of the highlights of our stay and made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The spa was another standout. We had some of the best massages we’ve ever experienced, and it was the perfect way to relax during our holiday. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sumitra to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality.

I found a dirty used towel after checking into my room. The whole property has seen better days (in the 2000s?). Once you feel disgusted, you see all the brown patches on walls and pillows. I complained, but did not feel understood. We left after the first night, despite we paid for 5. No refund. It is ridiculous for the price, and I do not understand why expedia.com lists this property. Do not go there.

Great stay and the staff were all.so friendly and helpful

One of the nicest resorts in Bali. Family friendly, welcoming and very clean. This is our first time staying there for 12 nights, no regrets. People there have returned to this resort multiple times. And have even liked it more than other resorts.
