The room had Roaches and the bed had my leg and neck hurting when I woke up in the morning, the lady at the front counter though was an absolute sweetheart!!

We did not check in. Photographs of the hotel demonstrated/advertised a continental breakfast arrangement. When we arrived there was no such offering. This constitutes false advertising and we cancelled the reservation without checking in and have requested a refund.
