"My main complaint was no air conditioning in the lobby and it was very hot and stuffy. There were many people waiting for a room. We all waited in a very uncomfortable lobby area where they were repainting so we had those fumes to deal with too. Cruise ships disembark early in the morning and there were many cruise passengers waiting. The hotel did not check anyone in until 3:00pm. I went upstairs and the maid told me that many rooms were ready much earlier. Why can’t they check in one party at a time as the rooms are cleaned? Especially knowing that their lobby is unbearable. When I was finally given a room, we went upstairs only to find that the room was not ready. On top of that the toilet was not flushing. For the most part, the staff was friendly. The property is old and run down so you get what you pay for. Final complaint, although the airport is only 10 minutes away, the shuttle only leaves once an hour, on the 40 minute mark. Our shuttle driver drove so fast, he sped through 2 yellow lights and hit 2 curbs at a high speed when turning right. Scary ride."

"Loud!!! Loud!!! Loud!!! Motorcycles racing by. Trish at front desk said she gave me the quietest room and it was the LOUDEST room next to the wheelchair elevator!! It was pretty loud the whole time. Also, needed a late checkout and the manager would only give me 30 minutes extra and the hotel wasn’t even full. Also, the bed was SUPER HARD!! My back has been hurting the whole trip. "

"We left the room at 9am, I told one of the staff to change the sheets and towls and clean the room. The day we rented the room on of the beds the sheets were dirty that i had it cheered the othe bed with my daughter and my husband sleep in the sofa. Were too tire to go and complain because they already changed us one time already. The next day at 9am we left the room but before we left i spoke with one of the staff and i explained to her the situation, she said she was going to talk to whoever was in charge to clean that room. We got back by 2:30 in the afternoon, the room door was open, the room wasn't clean at all. I spoke with the manager that and they just sai that were sorry also the exit door doesn't close like the other i told them. I told the who is going to feel safe on a place like that. Well i ask for refund for my 2nd night because we left and they refuses to give it to us. Never again "
