"The Front Entrance is not clearly marked. The Address on the Web Site and printed materials is a block away from the valet entrance. I was hot, tired, and frustrated after knocking on 3 or 4 sets of doors along 7th Street before I stumbled around the corner to the valet entrance, which I guess is the main entrance. The pool area was full on Friday mid-afternoon, with 3 or 4 seating areas blocked off as "Reserved". For whom? How do you reserve a seat? I retreated to the lobby in my bathing suit, found a comfortable chair, read for an hour, and then tried the pool area again. Hurray! One lounge was open! But the banquet staff was setting up for a wedding and reception, and after a brief swim, I had to pack up and leave again. So much for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. The room was very nice, sleek, and clean. But a better reading lamp (or two) would have been useful. I had to use the flashlight on my iPhone to review the printed reports I had to read. Over all, the staff in every location were very pleasant and helpful."
