We had a one night stay at this Hilton prior to going on a cruise ship. We were assigned a handicap room but didn’t ask for it. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and we slept well without any noise whatsoever. We had an old fashioned at the lounge which was made well. The bartender said that it was by far their most popular drink. The 211 restaurant could have been better and for the $29 buffet, was disappointing. The hash browns were soggy, the bacon was overcooked and the French toast was chewy. The young lady making the omelettes stole the show as she made an excellent Denver. I would stay here again but pass on 211.

Nice facilities and front desk service. Expensive valet parking ($42 per day) and housekeeping had to be hounded to clean the room.

This hotel was very nice and very clean. I stayed for one night to attend a comedy show at the arena and they have a trolley that goes right to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Although it was pleasant, 2 things stood out. Flushing the toilets, feeling like the flush was so noisy and powerful, we are surprised we did not go with it, then hearing the same flush all night from other rooms, I hope it gets fixed. Lastly, how do we get the new generations to understand real Hilton style customer service? Walk up to the service desk, greeted by young generations, standing there, stoic and unwelcoming as possible, no how may I help you, nothing, just a stare down-Sorry we inconvenienced you from earning a pay check. Unfortunately, it is everywhere, not just here! The world of entitlement…getting a pay check yet not earning it. Welcome to our new world. So heart-breaking!

Deception in entry. Was told of a 30$ credit to food AND beverage. Clarified this is 30$ to in hotel Starbucks and 30$ to in hotel dining. This was coupled with a mandatory 300$ charge on presentation. Come check out, the bill only included 30$ credit. The fault was placed on me as the front desk denied claiming 30$ and I am left with the charge. Will NOT recommend this location.

The room was not worth 480.00 .. very dated and dirty… the bathroom felt like a locker room and was not clean.. the staff was very unfriendly.. we had dinner there and the waiter was miserable because he was overwhelmed with no help.. I was very disappointed.

The rooms, staff, bathrooms and amenities were really lovely. Lone female travelled with a child and I felt very safe in and around the hotel. The room and bathroom were small but very clean and comfortable. Negative points were that the pool bar wasn’t open during the week and that wasn’t made very clear (albeit was in the literature) and the hot tub was not well maintained - water level was low and there was green scum on the tiles (and cigarette butts on the steps both times we went) overall a great price and location.

Stayed at this hotel to attend an event at Amalie Arena, location was perfect and there's a free trolly that takes you there. Room was clean, and had no smells like some hotels. My only complaint is they texted me after I checked out to receive my Hilton Honors bonus points when I called to have them applied they stated it could only be done in person. I explained to them they sent a text hours after I left and the front desk made no mention of this. Guest Services still did not agree to award me my points.
