"Beautiful hotel! They took their time carefully crafting this beautiful property. From the exterior facade to the pool area and lobby, this place oozes understated luxury. The attached restaurant is well laid out with a cozy and sophisticated vibe. The courtyard and pool area feels intimate and inviting with all of the well-placed landscaping. The rooms are extremely comfortable with well thought out decor and high-end furnishings. The staff was incredibly inviting and efficient in our check in and out process. The hotel is also within walking distance to many yummy food options and has a lively nightlife scene. We chose it as it was fairly close to the cruise port and it was a quick Uber ride over. We highly recommended staying here. We loved our stay at the Haya and will be back again!"

"Everything was very good. The only thing was all the carpets have stains and a different order on each floor. In room, halls, even dinning room. You can see all have been cleaned but are so stained and in MANY places."
