At this price point was good, clean, felt safe and no problems. Staff kept breakfast stocked and were friendly. Would stay here again.

This hotel needs to be completely closed down for fumigation due to bed bugs!!! I am totally disappointed with management and house keeping management check ups!

Stayed at this hotel several times and every time the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast served though is very limited. The location is very good and near USF & Moffitt where we visit frequently for treatment. Will stay again on my next visit.

Not worth the price
It was like a budget hotel. Nothing stood out to me that was amazing except for the waffles packaged individually were fresh and had a homemade flavor. The room was musty, smelled like something was rotten in the room. The price was not worth the money.

FRONT DESK SERVICE AND ALL STAFF WERE GREAT, HOTEL IS NOT THE FAIRFIELD I AM ACCUSTOMED TO. BUGS IN BATHROOM, TOWELS WORN THROUGH TERRY CLOTH, SHEETS HAD STAINS. NOT THE WORST EVER BUT ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

This is a very cheap hotel. The room only had one nightstand between two queen beds. The very basics. Also very few electric outlets. The shower was very slippery. My husband almost fell and so he put the bath mat in the shower to stand on, ( the usual cloth one.) the outside needs a lot of clean up. Also the neighborhood isn’t the nicest. Their free breakfast was a joke.

Bummed about the pool, but staff was considerate
I booked the hotel because it had an outdoor pool for my kids, but of course, it was closed for renovations although no one worked on it the entire time we were there. The night we arrived I was told that it would be open the next day, but the next morning I was informed that it definitely would not be open until the end of the month and she wasn't sure why I was told otherwise. I know! She lied to me to get me not to be irritated at her even though I told her it wasn't her fault and that I was just bummed. Also, they had given away all the double rooms (that I prepaid for) and gave us a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. It eneded up being ok but there were no sheets or pillows fo rthe sofa, but i didnt know this until the morning after my son literally slept directly on the mattress. Everyone was really nice and apologetic. The room was spacious and the breakfast was okay. However, I thought the coffee in the lobby was great. Better than most hotels that I've stayed in so that was definitly a bonus.
