"This property was sort of hard for me to rate. I decided to break it down to help others decide. Bed: The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The bedding was also nice too. A/C- the room stayed cool and comfortable but the air conditioning was loud. Room: room was small but the layout was nice and the space was used wisely. It had plenty of storage and closet space. The room also had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. My tv did not work. I think maybe the remote was dead but was too tired to mess with it. The handicap shower was nice but there was nowhere to put your shampoo, soap, or other toiletries. The room was very clean overall. Breakfast: was mediocre. They did not have much selection and very little protien options, especially for anyone with alpha gal. Staff: The guy that checked us in was efficient. The lady checking us out was nice. However, the lady working the breakfast and another employee were not friendly at all. I think they were having a bad day because they were talking about wanting to quit and cussing saying they were "f*@king tired of this place" right next to me as i was getting breakfast. It made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Misc: the hotel seemed safe overall. I did have an issue in my room with noises from the people above me stomping around and the either the side exit door or stairway door shutting a LOT. My family in other rooms did not have a noise issue so location is key. Overall decent stay for price."

"First room had what appeared to be blood on the bed. Was issued a second room with no problem. Property does not have breakfast, but had coffee and maybe muffins. "

"The gir who checked me in chastised us for booking through Expedia and said my license photo made me look high. The room was barely cleaned and the water pressure was nonexistent. "

"Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. "

"Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there and tired from long day of travel. The only other complaint would be the lovely soaking tub took and hour to fill with enough hot water. If you have a soaking tub you should have a big enough water heater to fill the tub. The tub was what I was truly looking forward to."
