The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Room and shower were great as we're the staff. However the location on busy road and neighbouring warung and chickens and dogs barking was very noisy. No safe in room and TV only had local channels."

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Es fängt an mit der Zufahrt, oder eher der Waldweg der zur Hütte führt, er ist für Gelendefähige Fahrzeuge gemacht nicht für die typischen Vans. Dann kann die Vermieterin kein Englisch, dennoch bemüht sie sich mit der Überstzer-App dir zu helfen. Das Haus hat eine schöne Aussicht, das war es dann aber auch mit den positiven Sachen. Die Hütte ist nicht dicht, wir waren am Anfang der Regenzeit dort, dennoch kann man erwarten, wenn man sagt es sei ein 3-Sterne Hotel, das das Dach wenigstens Dicht...
