"We had a beautiful 3 days at Capitán Suizo! It was clean, comfortable, and the food was delicious! But the most amazing part was definitely the staff - they were attentive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond. "Very happy with our stay at Occidental Tamarindo! First, the staff, I’ve never felt so welcomed any where else. Plenty of food and drinks. Clean rooms and facility in general. Entertainment team made a huge effort every single night and was really appreciated by us. They go above and beyond in every show with whatever resources they have. Special mention to the tours desk in the hotel with Sibü Tours! Yusi is amazing and very personal in every interaction. The best driver ever, Manrique, is all you need when looking for a friend in an unknown destination! He’s our friend now! Francisco, the guide, was fun, friendly and informative (5 stars), and Don Diego the big boss, a very humble, pleasant and friendly guy. Such a great team! We’re already planning to go to Occidental again!"

"Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."
