"The breakfast at Americinn in Detroit Lakes is excellent! It includes four hot entrees, in addition to fresh waffles, fruit, breads, and yogurts. Even the 24 hr coffee table is well stocked with green, herbal and black teas and 3 types of coffee. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming too. We required emergency accommodations and this hotel helped us out tremendously with its availability and cost effectiveness."

"We stay here at least 3 times a year when visiting family - Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter for sure plus other special occasions. They are located within walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, Clarity wine Bar and they are located right across from the lake. A great place to stay, they serve a great breakfast and they have a snack area with sodas, frozen food, and other things you may need or forgot to bring "

"The breakfast hot items were empty at 8am. Staff had to be asked to refill, which was done in a friendly manner, but only minimally. Coffee was also empty in the breakfast room though there was coffee in the lobby. "

"Check in was easy and gentleman was very pleasant. Room was clean, large bathroom and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and room had all necessary things for a good nights rest. Large pool and hot tub available. Used the hot tub which was great after a long days drive. Better breakfast than most! Will stop again as I travel through over the next couple of weeks."
