"Tive q mudar de quarto pagando a mais pelo upgrade, pois o quarto q havia feito a reserva(quarto standard) é minúsculo com uma cama péssima super pequena e mole demais. No caso ou eu pagava pra fazer um upgrade de quarto ou iria ter q procurar um outro hotel, opção q n queria, pois tava cansado da viagem. Outro ponto negativo é cobrar por toalha de piscina e a cobrança é por dia e não estadia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o quarto q fiz upgrade pagando tb era bom."

"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."
