Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes.
The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.

"Didn't enjoy the loud lounge singers heard from the bedroom singing late ino the night, or the terrible pool music. Not given the sea view room I booked, or a quiet room I requested. "Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."
