"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."

"The hotel is in a new development that is NOT where the link bring to. The hotline takes you to a mall that is about 10' drive to the hotel. The hotel has no phone, and no street address recognizable by a GPS. Fortunately we found someone who recognized the picture of the hotel and sent us there. Staff is very nice, rooms are clean and nice. However, the hotel is in an extremely noisy neighborhood. The pub next door has blasting music until 4 am, every day. We stayed for two nights. The...
