"Contacted hotel via WhatsApp and on Orbitz chat to reserve an airport pickup. The WhatsApp number listed in Orbitz responded back providing another number to contact, but no response. Hotel needs some updates but is clean. Complimentary breakfast was simple but the person who made it was very friendly and careful with the food. Quick one night stay after a long commute is ok."

"It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all."
