The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.The communication lever could have been better. One night I called several times up until 3 am about not having any type of linen for the pullout couch. It wasn’t until the next day that I received it and that was because I had to go to the front desk to notify then my shower was clogged. To my disappointment no one showed up until the next day and that was because I had to go down again in person to make the compliant about no one showing up. I felt there could have been some type of compensation like waving my late 4 hr check out fee or maybe something else.
