"The staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. Additionally, the property appeared to be well-maintained, and the grounds were neatly groomed, creating a positive first impression. However, my primary concern was the cleanliness of the assigned room specifically the bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom, I immediately noticed an odor of urine and feces. The toilet bowl contained dried fecal matter stuck inside the toilet bowl, which suggested that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or inspected by housekeeping prior to our arrival. Due to the unsanitary condition of the bathroom, I was forced to leave the property at approximately 8:45 p.m. to purchase cleaning supplies from a local store so that I could clean and sanitize the bathroom before using it. Additionally, upon entering the bedroom area, we were greeted by a large fly buzzing around the room. The persistent fly buzzing noise disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to rest comfortably throughout the night. While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff member and the overall appearance of the property, the cleanliness issue in the room significantly impacted my experience. I hope management will address these concerns with housekeeping and quality control procedures to ensure future guests receive accommodations that meet appropriate cleanliness standards!"

"For a last minute trip for one night this was a lovely place to stay. The price was really good and the communication from the hotel was the best of our road trip so far. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, a lovely team of people. Only negative if I have to fine something is the WiFi wasn’t brilliant and breakfast was very basic, but good enough to start the day off. We would definitely recommend this little hotel 100%"

"This is an older building, but it’s very nice and modern for the most part. Level 8 bar was nice and has plenty of balcony seating. Great view. The hotel has a room on level 7 that has a billiards table and snacks/sodas books and a fireplace. There is a Shula’s steakhouse inside the hotel. We did not eat there only because we had other reservations set much earlier. I am a bonvoy Marriott member, this is a signature hotel. With that they give an amazing breakfast each morning and it’s from the bistro not some silly continental breakfast like other hotels. You also get a $25 coupon for shulas and 50% off the valet. Plus 2 free drink coupons for level 8 bar. They do beers and wine on certain days for happy hour and food! That extra step was so nice compared to other places. My only issue was the pillows. The second night they replaced them with something a level higher. If they invested in foam pillows, I’d rate my stay a 10. There is even Starbucks in the lobby for free!"

"We stayed here for two nights. When we arrived my husband used the restroom on the lobby level- trash was overflowing , he went to use it again today and the trash was still in the same state- he took a photo that first day for reviews and again today and it’s the same trash pile which likely means that space has not been cleaned recently.. printer was broken in business area , and toiletries available if you forgot something were non existent . My husband forgot shaving cream and was given some old powder that didn’t do anything when you added water to it. It seems the staff is willing to help which is great but amenities and cleanliness could be better for sure."
