A pesar de su reserva al llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que tal reserva no existía. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento a última hora El motivo de mi no recomendación de su com. considero que el propietario se ha burlado de Hotels.com y Vdes no me han dicho nada. Un saludo

Una vergüenza. No tuvimos habitación. No había.

Cuando llegamos al hostal nos dijo el encargado que mi reserva no existía y no pudimos tener una habitación. Una vergüenza, un desastre puesto que me tuve que buscar otro alojamiento con urgencia. De quien es la culpa, no lo sé, pero no se puede tomar el pelo de esta manera. Yo no sé de quién es la culpa, pero el que paga el paro soy yo. Un desastre.

Si tuviese que decir algo positivo, sería que está en pleno centro. El resto no le pongo menos puntuación porque no se puede. Noches ruidosas,hostal antiguo,pequeño,sucio,apenas ventilación,habitación pequeña, y baño que ni se puede entrar. Lo Peor de todo, es la atención del señor que nos toco en recepción. Reservamos una habitación( incluyendo el cheli un online 2 días antes) y cuando llegamos nos dice que esa habitación está ocupada y que nos tienen que dar otra.no te dan ningún tipo de solución. Denunciable! Encima quieren cobrar más caro que lo que se había reservado. En plena discusión,aparece otro cliente que le había pasado exactamente lo mismo. Horrible todo!

El hostal es centrico y esta relimpio. No tiene ascensor. Al estar en el centro el aparcamiento es complicado. Todo tipo de bares restaurantes y servicios cerca
