Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. I've stayed at xyz several times in recent years. This is the first time I've considered going elsewhere."

I hope she avoids being grumpy we customers we gonna have a good day. That kind of behavior is contagious and ruins our mood. And I hope they approach us and then tell us if we need room cleaning or not."
