"Nice mountain resort hotel with a view of the lake. Check in was easy and room was large. We had half board - food was good but probably due to communication problem, we were not served Japanese-style dinner like the local tourists. However breakfast was Japanese. There was a nice onsen too. There was a slight problem in the morning when water was cut off, but it was restored just before check out. Excellent stay, exceeded expectations!

"Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. Very nice location too. We were also able to do laundry!"

"This hotel had such a luxurious feel to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering a spotless and spacious room within walking distance to a Pokémon store, Hiroshima station, and various shopping and dining options. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others."

"All of the staff at this hotel were simply amazing. We arrived at the hotel late. Regardless of the time of the arrival at the hotel, many staff members came to the lobby area and welcomed us. Every single one of them were very helpful. They gave us information about the airport, such as airport's operation hours and when airline counters start operationg. Without the knowledge, we were to miss their amazing breakfast, and go to the airport way too early, just to wait outside for a long time! The hotel offered to run their free shuttle bus to the airport outside of their scheduled operation hours, so that we don't have to drag our suitcases to the airport. The room was very clean and locations of amenities were very well thought out. Options at the breakfast buffet were just amazing. Our stay at fhe hotel was less than 12 hrs due to our flight schedule, but the stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!"
