The hotel is smaller than the pictures appear. There isn’t really a lobby to speak of. Room was clean but kind of old. There will be a fee to replace room keys if you lost yours. Location is good though.

Great stay 😊
Got a nice room. Even though it's beside the highway, the noise reduction window did its job. It's a 5 mins walk to the mrt station, so it's convenient to go anywhere from here. The service from the staff were excellent. Responded to feedback fast. Recommended for a few nights stay.

This hotel is really nice. It’s very close quarters, which is to be expected for Taiwan. For some reason we thought there’d be a pool—there isn’t (maybe we misunderstood). The showers could use some maintenance, as our shower head didn’t work too well. The service was great, and the location is awesome. You’re super close to a bunch of cool things, and very close to the main transit station. However, this means it’s very loud. The walls are thin, so you can hear the people around you and the freeway that sits about 20 ft away from the windows. Very loud. But, overall we liked it. We would stay there again due to the convenience alone.

The room was comfortable. The staff was nice at check in. However when I was leaving I got a little different impression. They were giving a free gift if you rated them on google. The staff was a little too pushy for me to rate the hotel a 5 star. I felt a little uncomfortable with his pushiness. Also, I lost one of my key card. Another staff kept telling me to keep looking for it. I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Her only response, in a not so friendly tone, was to keep looking. She then charged me $200 for the lost card. I was quite frustrated.

There was a waterpipe odor when i first entered the room. Maybe it was due to the wet weather or nobody was staying in the room for quite some time. Luckily, the smell went away after i open the window and aired the room for about 30mins.

Not a bad location. Offered free tea bags and coffee. Never cleaned the table top, remote controls for air conditioner and TV, lamps, telephone and kettle during my entire stay. I can tell because dust accumulated day by day.....otherwise, a nice hotel.

在華山園區隔鄰，距忠孝新生站1號出口兩、三分鐘步程，交通方便。缺點是酒店位於繁忙公路出口旁邊，晚上頗嘈吵。

Subway and some unique shops were nearby. One thing I did not like about this hotel was the washroom design of using translucent windows and shower walls. The light from outside came through the windows, through the shower glass, shower walls and into the room. I was not able to sleep through the morning because the natural light from outside could not be blocked off. The location of the hotel was beside the highway so it was not quiet.

浴室下水设计的有问题，洗澡的时候严重积水，一开门水就流到外面去了。早上有酒店清洁人员在走廊大声聊天，隔音很差。

Second time stayed in Wallsun. Same room type, but this time we were given a room on a higher floor. The bathroom was newer which was very nice. Close to metro stations and many eating places. The Huashan Creative Park just next door. Staff were helpful and polite. Check-in and Check out were super smooth.

We stayed at Wallsun Hotel for 6 nights. Great location, metro stations are around 6 minutes away, plenty of breakfast and other eating places nearby. The hotel is next to an express way, but the sound proof was very good. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience.

I entered the hotel to check in around 2 pm (check-in time - 3 PM), the front desk lady named Linda informed that the room was not ready. This was quite acceptable as we had arrived earlier than the check in time. But the way she put this was far from acceptable. She has been very rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked something from Linda, such as directions, recommendations or assistance on making phone calls , the response was always very curt and rude. The front desk staff was not helpful at all.

The decoration and layout were good -- I especially like the fact that there is a balcony. The shower set up was good too. However, the free WIFI connection was intermittent and TV channels were limited and difficult to scan. The staff in the evenings were friendlier and more helpful than the day staff at the counter.

忠孝新生站1號出口步行5分鐘能到達。交通方便。 酒店在1914華山文創園區旁，景觀開掦。 房間夠大，乾淨。 如馬桶有日式的暖厠板會更佳。

Good hotel, location had nothing around though... unless you like skateboarding. There's a skateboard park under the highway in front of the hotel.
