The staff here were very friendly and helpful and it’s located close to the met which is very convenient. They even gave us a to go bag when we checked out which was very thoughtful and appreciated!

While the rooms may not the most modern, the location is perfect and the staff are the best, they are the nicest people! The beds are very comfortable too. I would always go back, 100% recommended for the price-quality ratio!

This was a very old hotel. The room was very large and very clean. It is located in a safe area and walking distance yo shopping, restaurants and the metro. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Staff at the hotel were amazing. They were all very nice and extremely helpful. On the day of our flight, the manager helped bring all of our suitcases down to the taxi and even gave us some drinks and snacks because she was worried that we didn’t have time to have breakfast.

Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. Building is of an older style. Climb the stairs from the street to reach lobby/ elevator. Tea kettle, teabags, fridge. There's a sauna inside the hotel room but I did not try it.

シャワーを引っ掛けるところが欠けていて掛ける場所がなく、頭も身体も洗うのに非常に苦労した。しかもシャワーの持ち手の部分から水が吹き出してきて思わぬ方向にに放水される。 浴槽に水を溜めると小さいゴミが浮いてるのが見えて清掃されていないことがわかる。鏡も汚い。枕カバーにはシミがある。 スタッフの対応はよかった。ただ気を利かせてツインからダブルの部屋に変えてくれたのだが、変えた先の部屋が上記の形なので結果的には悪かった。

西門の繁華街を抜けた先にあるホテルです。西門繁華街を満喫したい！という人でしたら、なかなか良いロケーションと思います。部屋の雰囲気は料金に対して必要十分と思います。ただ、部屋は結構広かったです。スタッフの対応はとても親切で良かったです。チェックアウト時に10歳の私の息子にスタッフの方がお菓子をくださって、とてもほっこりしました。

1泊した次の日は九份に1泊してまたこちらのホテルに1泊しました。 九份に行っている間、キャリーケースを預かってくれたので最少の荷物で九份を満喫出来ました。 預かってもらえますか？って聞くと、問題ないよ〜と親切に言っていただきました。 九份から戻ってきて再チェックインの時も、あぁ！って覚えてくださり凄く明るくフレンドリーな感じでひとり旅でも癒されました。 チェックアウトの時も思い荷物を外まで運んでくださり本当に親切！ お部屋も広くて綺麗で、広いシャワーブースもあって大満足でした

建物は古いです。部屋も少し薄暗いです。 しかし、お部屋は綺麗に掃除され、広いです。 そして、スタッフさんがみんなフレンドリー。 ホテル近くにレンタル自転車、コインランドリーもあります。 星5でも良いのですが、西町駅より１０分程歩くので。 でも、あの金額では私は納得です。 また、泊まりたいです。

最寄りのMRTの駅まで１０分以上かかります。コンビニは少し歩けばセブンイレブンがあります。ホテルの壁は薄く隣の部屋の声が聞こえる時があります。今回の宿泊では、おそらく大陸系の方だと思われますが、夜中に大きな声で喋ることが多々ありそのたびにイラッとしてました。ホテルの女性スタッフの方はとても親切で丁寧でした。

2024年の春にお世話になりました。 建物は古く、一階には階段しかないためチェックイン時は荷物をフロントやエレベーターのある2階まで階段で運ばないといけませんが、その分最寄り駅西門駅で、台北駅もギリ徒歩圏内（私は歩きました）の好立地にリーズナブルに泊まれます。 スタッフの方も日本語ができるおばちゃんがとても親切で、清掃も日本人満足レベルの清潔さです。 円安でもコスパ良く台湾旅行したい方にオススメです。
