Comfortable and modern

The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom looks like it had been recently renovated (great shower). The area around the hotel was fun and right in the middle of shopping, dining, and drinking places.

It was a very small room but you get what you pay for. I wish there were more hooks for the towels and we were given hand soap. Other than that, the place was great to stay at when visiting the Taipei area. I would stay there again.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming when I checked in. Definitely felt like she was tired of her job and didn’t want to be there. The WiFi was not good. I had zoom meetings that I couldn’t join because of how slow the WiFi was. The community space was just a covered rooftop area. In the images, it didn’t look like it was in an open rooftop. I ended up leaving a day early. Mainly because I had meetings the next day that I knew I couldn’t join due to the poor WiFi. I would not recommend this hotel, or stay here again.

Good value, can improve on cleanliness

Water flow was strong, lovely hot shower. There was a big leak where water was bursting out from the joint near the wall. bedsheet had dead insect on it, and found an ant crawling on the bed as well. quite thoughtful with amenities such as toothbrush, shower cap, razor, slippers and hairdryer provided. Staff was very friendly. good location and not to far a walk from subway. stayed on level 5 and relatively quiet room. air condition set to good temperature and not facing the bed, a plus.
