スタッフの方が親切でした。地下鉄が近く、朝市も近所にあったため、楽しく過ごすことができました。ただ、部屋は5階でしたが、エレベーターが4階までしかなく、階段で５階に行かなくてはなりませんでした。冬に行ったのですが、５回の部屋は増築なのか、少し寒かったです。

全体的にとても快適に過ごせました

東門の6番出口の上りエスカレーターで上がった後、2〜3分でホテルに着きます。15時くらいからは歩道にせり出しているARK HOTELのサインが点灯するのですぐわかりますが、午前中に出かけて戻る時はいつの間にか通り過ぎていました。　3軒くらい先に鼎泰豊があって、すごい人混みなので、行き過ぎたな、とすぐ分かりました・笑 一人旅だったので、部屋はコンパクトでしたが寝に戻るには十分の広さでした。デスクもあったので、快適に仕事ができましたし、wi-fiは部屋ごとにpwが割り振られているようで、遅さは感じませんでした。 シャワーは、水量も温度も安定していました。シャワー＆トイレルームはガラス張りですが、外側からカーテンで目隠しできるようになっていました。 部屋に水のペットボトルが2本用意されていて、ロビーにもウオーターサーバーとコーヒーマシンがありました。 東門の駅周辺は、人気のスポットですがそれほど混雑し過ぎることもなく、パイナップルケーキが人気のパン屋さんやカキ氷屋さん、豆花屋さん、お茶屋さんもありますし、よく見るとスーパーマーケットやドラッグストアもあって安くお土産をゲットすることもできて、ローカルフードが楽しめる朝市もあり、駅はレッドライン、イエローラインが使えて、とても便利でした。 受け付けの女性は日本語が上手で、周辺のお店のことを質問したら気軽に答えてくれて、ホテルのお手製マップもくれました。とてもいい旅行になりました。ありがとうございます！

東門駅からも徒歩数分、バス停も目の前にあり公共交通機関の利用に非常に便利な立地。 Youbikeを使う方にはすぐそばにスポットがあります。（今回大活躍しました！） 永康街の入口は目の前、東門市場も徒歩数分です。 ちなみに窓ありの部屋でしたが、隣接するビル（住宅）と接していることもあり、曇りガラスで外景色まみえませんでした・・・。
