老闆很親切，提供資訊很充足，對在地環境很熟悉，建議很好。 原本以為有陽台但不是每個房間都有。 附近停車方便，但位於純住宅區內，離便利商店較遠。 有一小廚房及茶水零食，很不錯。 老闆裝飾及設計都用心，自己動手做，人非常勤奮。
