停車場位置及安排均有人員引導，服務佳 客房環境乾淨舒適，早餐的位置舒服， 什應餐點很多，提供餐點美味。 唯一需改善事項，退房時住客全集中在一樓大廳，要下樓至地下停車場，人流安排極差，等電梯等了20分鐘還無法搭到電梯，服務人員應變能力差，是需教育訓練改進

Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan
This is a really great hotel. The bar downstairs was very friendly and our room was incredible . We also ate at the 38th restaurant and the food was really good too. I would highly recommend as the location is also super convenient right near the train station.
