飯店服務人員不夠專業，接電話的服務人員快速想掛客人的電話，餐廳（林酒廊）的多位東南亞籍服務人員中文程度欠佳，溝通不良。我入住三天二夜的樂林行政大套房，一進門，有很重的霉味和通風不良的溼氣，打開衣櫥，裏面的衣架已經長霉⋯第一天使用過的咖啡杯，第二天房間打掃完仍然未洗未歸位。整體而言，這個酒店很多細節都不到位，需要再改善！
