We were two couples and booked 2 double rooms. 2 hours before checking in we received a link to go to a different a accommodation location than the one we booked with no explanation. It was a residence not a hotel. No Reception at new location, nowhere to buy a coffee or water (not even a vending machine), beach was 15 minutes drive by car unlike the hotel we booked. Breakfast was served in a run-down coffee shop15 minutes drive from residence and food selection was dismal....

The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water.
