"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

AC Hotel Gran Canaria by Marriott

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and ideal for a weekend stay. It had all the essential amenities, including a comfortable bed, hairdryer, and air conditioning, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great menu offering a wide selection of both hot and cold options, as well as fresh pastries."

Grupotel Las Pitas

8/10 Good

"Apartment had view over gardens and balcony faces west so you get the afternoon and evening sun. Quiet at night but still close to main hotel, restaurants, shops and beach. On main bus route so easy to catch bus to Las Palmas or Mogan and also to the airport. Second time we have stayed at this resort, easy walks along beach front and not too crowded."
