Mala estadía

No se cumple con lo especificado, no había secador, no había frigobar, el dormitorio parecía más militar que familiar, cuatro camas apostadas en una pieza fría , con el bullicioso comedor arriba, no permitió anular la recerva, realmente un engaño

Nos llamó lo descuidado que está el Hotel, era una buena alternativa, hay que hacerle manutención.

Desayuno excelente, muy rico. Pero las habitaciones ya no es lo mismo, las almohadas planas, no hay escritorio ni secador, como es lo que ofrecen. Es lindo sector de piscina, pero en verano, arriendan o.prestan la piscina a un club de natación y en las tardes se llena de niños, realmente incómodo, se pierde la.privacidad del hotel.

friendly hotel

Mostly know as a fronteer pass through town. But there very nice restuarants. Lovely tree lined walking areas. A multitude of markets offering local food very cheaply. A fantastic carnival in March. And very friendly people.s

Muy descuidado para el precio.

Un pésimo trato del personal. Los cubrecamas sucios. Cortinas viejas. El hotel muy antiguo y sin ventilador en la habitación . Piscina con el agua densa y pequeña para el nro de habitaciones.

Hôtel sale et bruyant

Hôtel sale et bruyant. Il y avait des traces non nettoyées sur l'extérieur de la cuvette des toilettes notamment. Le pommeau de douche était rouillé. Ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles. Par contre, le personnel est vraiment gentil et compétent. Dommage que les locaux soient si dégradés.

En general el servicio fue bastante malo, ya que de partida cuando hice mi ingreso al hotel la habitación no estaba disponible, luego el Wi Fi que se suponía que estaba incluido nunca funcionó la única forma de obtener internet fue que la recepcionista me preste su computador, y para rematar yo pedí una habitación matrimonial la cual nunca recibí y me dieron una doble. Además de que en la habitación estaban todas las luces mala a excepción de una, la piscina con exceso de cloro que me provocó una alergía, entre otros malos ratos que tuve que pasar.

Hotel muy céntrico, seguro y bien ubicado

Está muy cerca del mercado 28 de Julio donde venden todo lo que Tacna ofrece a muy buen precio. Y por la misma calle se accede al centro de la ciudad donde están los restaurantes, atracciones y casinos. Hotel limpio, cómodo y bien atendido. El lugar donde se encuentra es seguro. Lo único criticable es lo dura de la cama, sin embargo es un detalle menor ya que no es incómoda. Agradezco el nivel de atención del personal que a todo evento fue muy gentil y servicial

Mala experiencia debido que llegaron delegaciones de estudiantes y mucha bulla por la noche farra no se podia dormir. Al desayuno no habia nada ya que el hotel estaba superado a la cantidad de gente para desayunar en resumen malo

Todavía falta un poco para que sea perfecto.

La habitación era cómodo, pero hubiera preferido una cama matrimonial y una cama individual. La ducha muy mala,El wi fi no llegó nunca bien a la habitación. Estaba en la habitación 401 y como a las 6 de la mañana comenzó un ruido horrible y muy fuerte del piso superior. El primer día fuimos al desayuno a las 9:45 am, y había una sola persona a cargo de todo, no habían repuesto nada y ya no quedaba nada para comer, siendo que debería haber de todo hasta las 10 am. En la recepción siempre fueron muy cordiales y mi hijo pudo disfrutar de la piscina.

Entorno y ruinas muy lindas

Mi reserva fue entregada a otra personas solo con el alcance del apellido no validaron el DNI. Después de tiempo me asignaron otra habitación. En el check out no estaba habilitado el pago con TC y no tenía efectivo. Después de mucho reclamar habilitaron el pago con TC.

Tacna en Holidays suite

El hotel tenia piscina en mantencion, no se pudo disfrutar durante la estadia. El desayuno no estaba en cantidad y calidad acorde al costo. La habitacion no era agradable, sin aire acondicionado y con vista a la calle con mucho ruido.

Een verrassend fijne kamer met alles erop en eraan. Fijne tuin met zwembad. Goed, uitgebreid ontbijt Helaas functioneerde de badstop niet en liep het water weg terwijl je dacht lekker te baden. We hadden dit hotel vanwege het zwembad geboekt maar het was twee dagen dicht vanwege onderhoud

el check out es muy temprano 11 am, no hay bar cerca a la piscina, que se preocupen por la limpieza de la zona de piscina y baño del primer piso que es de uso común.
