"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "Great little base for travelling in to Oxford. Breakfast was good. Pool was very handy for the kids. Only downside being you can only take the children in between 8:30-10:30am and 15:30-17:30. Obviously it’s because it is a spa but just a note to other parents who see the pool and think it’s all day"
