Stayed a couple of times now! Great place

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but loads of things to do nearby from Oxford to Bicester Village and the Cotswolds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was the standout with great menu, quality and presentation. Would highly recommend

Friendly staff, good food and peaceful atmosphere.

Friendly staff, lovely settings and really nice meal in the restaurant

Beautiful property and a lovely room in the eves with a lounge. Bar closed early though. Breakfast cooked perfectly and was great for vegan and meat eaters. Perfect position in Town

.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lion. Location to Bicester was perfect. Room was exactly what we booked . Dinner was excellent … that burger was first class & the crumble was awesome. Class venue .

Property itself and the staff were excellent. Spotlessly clean, even had its own kitchen area, so more like a studio flat. Breakfast was great, and super friendly lady who manages the property and also cooks. The only very minor point that anyone could possibly mention was our bathroom floor had obviously at some time had a leak/flood and the was minor lifting of a couple of the edges of the laminate flooring, BUT nothing serious or to be concerned about. Would I stay here again if in the area,...

All round excellent experience.

Anniversary weekend. Very nice hotel with character and good service - just what we were looking for. The room was super, the hotel serve fantastic afternoon tea and we loved the quiet library and the little sun-trap on the library terrace. Would have liked fluffy bathrobes, but can't think of anything else to improve. Be warned: - The bed was hard (which we like/prefer) but large and comfortable. The climb to our room was via small twisty stairs with a very low door. So if you have any physical...

Would return again when next in the area Lots of pros and no cons

We were attending a parents event at one of the colleges on Saturday morning, so decided to treat ourselves to a night at The Old Bank Hotel the night before to allow for dinner and a more leisurely start in the morning. The hotel has its own car park and is perfectly situated on the High Street. Our room overlooked the dreaming spires of Oxford was tastefully decorated, equipped to a high specification and extremely comfortable. After dinner, we enjoyed a glass of wine in the peace and quiet...

The Malmaison oxford is so far one of our best stays we have had in the uk! The hotel is a stunning renovation from a prison to a hotel that my now fiance just loved. The interior is stunning and classy with such helpful staff that took our car and parked it when we arrived, making us feel like Royalty. The Junior suite was breath taking with so much space, large bed, large tv, comfy and stylish seating and a large double shower to top it off. although we didn't eat in the hotel we did visit...

Absolutely great!

Great trip, handy having the park &ride next door. Made getting to Oxford so easy.

We had a fantastic time at the Lords of the Manor, it really is an exceptional hotel. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They were especially accommodating with our dog who stayed with us. The hotel gardens are huge and we’re a lot bigger than we thought, stretching down to the river. It’s a great place to explore the Cotswolds.

Great location and nice comfortable room!

Spent two enjoyable nights at the Falklands would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful greeting upon a very late arrival. Rooms are wonderful. Electric hookup very convenient.

Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough
