Great location on the lake. Excellent service. Great view from our room. Great excursions in the area with friendly guides. Only suggestion would be to have a live music band in the evening during the cocktail time and to cheapen a bit the excursions.

Our room was big, with a lovely view of Lake Titicaca, though the bathroom was a little dated. Surprisingly no bottles of water were provided in the room, unlike in other hotels.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food - both at breakfast and dinner - was excellent.
We wanted to stay outside Puno, and were glad we made that decision, but it did cost PEN 30 in a taxi to go in to town. If you can get a good deal on the room rate, it's a good place to stay to see Lake...

The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning.
We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism.

This was by far the best place we stayed at during our 3week visit to Peru. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is continuous hot water in the showers.
The service by the hotel staff was by far the best we saw in all of our trip.
The hotel is an easy 7min walk from the Main Square. It is away from all the noise!
Thank you and we would definitely stay here during our next visit.

We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well.
The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept...

The hotel was centrally located, which was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very nice - spacious and clean. The hotel was not very noisy and provided heaters for the room.

Very central hotel (just minutes from the main square). Very close to restaurants and bars. It’s also accessible to the port to visit the Lake. Very nice people. The bar and restaurant are on the 10th floor which has a great view.

On arrival we had been upgraded to a room with quite a large terrace - it was more of a suite than a room. The views were fantastic from the room and the terrace and we were disappointed not to have longer to stay on that occasion. The breakfast was good and we at each no the restaurant on the night we arrived which was also good. Free luggage storage whilst we went onto a two day lake titicaca tour. On our return we booked to stay an extra night due to illness and the staff were very helpful...
