"The staff was friendly , the carpet in our room next to the bed was soaked with water we had to put towels down TV remote didn’t work because the batteries, went to do laundry, room smell like cat pee, it’s close to everything that was nice."

"The ac in our room wasn't working. We told the front desk, nothing happened. Then housekeeping came and noticed it was way too hot in there. They checked with the front desk, and the maintenance guy was coming to work in a bit. In the meantime her and the janitor lined up a fan to help. Said maintenance guy never showed up. I stopped by the front desk again and asked for someone to check on it. No one did. When checking out, I mentioned again how awfully hot it was and they said I told them the wrong room, 113 insteadof 116. Which is entirely possible, because we knew those people. But no one ever came to their room either. And when I asked about reduction in price due to it, they said I had to deal with Expedia. Disappointing to say the least."

"Staff very friendly. Room was clean; bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a keurig in the room.😁 The building is definitely showing its age. Also, was across the street from the homeless shelter. Behind the building however, was the police detachment-lol!"
