"I do not recommend.. this was absolutely the scariest hotel I have ever been to. Online made this place seem so much better. Sketchy area next to a bar creepy people. The room was completely outdated and absolutely gross. This place gave me the CREEPS! I ended up leaving within 10 min of being in my room and booked with another hotel in town. Didnt even get a refund unfortunately "

"The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned - hair in the shower and along the sink. Stains on the furniture I don’t even want to know about. Bed was very uncomfortable. In general, the experience was not one I’d choose to repeat. "

"The Staff of the motel hardly spoke English at all and refused to accept the expedia prepayment as they say they never end up getting paid by Expedia. If I wanted to stay I had to pay them again, I refused and booked another motel down the street. Despite this, Expedia refused to refund my money and basically threw the whole thing back in my lap. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this place in Havana. Instead, dear traveler, book the RED LION Motel in Havana, much better place, great staff and not much more money."
