Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa

"Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa has a great location with easy beach access, which was one of the best parts of the stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their service throughout my visit. However, for the amount I paid and considering that the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited, and some of the food was bland. The room service menu was also very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at, and I was surprised that basic vacation drinks like a mojito or margarita were not available for in-room dining. There were also some issues with the room and facilities. Our shower drain had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The bed was extremely firm and ended up hurting our backs. The gym was also very small and located near the lobby/check-in area, which was surprising considering how large the hotel is. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the hotel has a long way to go before it truly feels like a 5-star resort. For around $1,000, I expected a much better experience."

"Clean room, warm smiles from staff, excellent breakfast, amazing spa! The resort has a direct beach access, and compared to other beaches, The Lind’s beach front has a powder like sand! The ambience is very relaxing, yoga on the deck with a view is a must try! Evening visits from housekeeping to ask if you need anything is beyond exemplary! On and the pool? It feels like swimming in the horizon. Will definitely book again!"

Henann Crystal Sands Resort

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay

"A real gem of a hotel. Partner and I stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Smooth convenient hotel pickup and check-in, the sea-view room was really lovely, AC was great. The breakfast was huge and fantastic, great big pool and the beach is total private, feels like an oasis escape. Gym has the essentials. Beautiful property and very helpful staff. Similarly smooth and easy transfer back to the airport."

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

"The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The airport transfer is definitely helpful as the resort isn’t located on the same island as the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice but could implement colder drinks and a cooler area to sit and eat as the sun making direct contact makes the area quite warm."

Henann Garden Resort

"I was satisfied with my stay at Hennan Garden Resort and I might be a little bit longer next time 🙂 The only complaint I had was that I didn’t get any response from anyone. I was emailing them about my booking for confirmation, of course it’s our first time to go to Boracay and I was bit stressed out, but anyway it turned out great 👍"
