Hotel was amazing. Only down side is the street to hotel is closed and at night the police are a hassle to let you get back into the hotel because they close the streets at night

Rented two rooms here for me and my daughter. Rooms were okay. No way to turn on AC. Some well set stains on bed linen. Small gym was nice. No water in the morning. Called down and they were able to get the water issue fixed. Didn’t partake in the breakfast. Looked okay though. Upon retrieving our stored luggage and checking out they informed me I had left blood on a towel and the bathroom floor mat. Which was true. I asked how much and they said 32$ US cash. I paid and was not given a receipt. Of course this amount is ridiculous for two threadbare Walmart quality hotel towels.
The next day my daughter noticed she left her AirPods behind. As we were still in CDMX we returned. We were informed that they weren’t in lost and found. We told them they were in the hotel (using FindMy). They said we couldn’t walk the hallway because of “Privacy Issues” and that sometimes housecleaning holds items a few days before turning them in (or not). When faced with FindMy evidence they finally went upstairs and found the maid who was holding the AirPods.

"I would defiantly go back to the hotel more. A perfect spot to stay at because of how close everything is. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Me and my man had a wonderful stay. Also go to Cha Cha Cha restaurant on top very good food"
